Is Sudafed products considered a blood thinner????

Question: I just had an abortion and they told me NOT to take asprin because its a blood thinner, now I'm sick and in need of SUDAFED but I'm not sure if thats also a blood thinner Please advice!
Thank you
Answers: you can take the sudafed, it won't thin your blood.
No, only is not Sudafed. You should consult your doctor for consultation and get new prescriptions for a medication.

Most likely your doctor offer for use Warfarin. Warfarinis a blood thinner, and is used primarily to prevent blood clots in patients with cardiovascular disease, or who are otherwise at a higher than average risk of stroke or heart attack. Check with your doctor regarding his recommendations.

Also Green tea’s potent anti-oxidants have been shown to help improve blood pressure and lower cholesterol. An improvement in blood pressure and cholesterol can mean a significant improvement in any cardiovascular disease. Try adding two to three cups of green tea per day to your diet to start seeing the healthy benefits.

No, Sudafed has tylenol in the multi symptom formulas and tylenol is not a blood thinner. The original Sudafed has no pain releivers in it at all and is only a mild decongestant.
Stay away from Motrin and Ibuprofen (Advil) for they do contain blood thinners.
