Any ideas which way you rub in kinesiology to release your bowels??
Question: I cant remember if its up or down!
Answers: I'm not sure about kinesiology, but we were taught in Massage school that digestion moves clockwise. Massaging the abdomen in a clockwise circular motion can encourage movement in the digestion system generally, and the end result is...well, a bowel movement.
So, up or down? On the person's right side of the abdomen, the circle moves UP toward the head, then on the person's left side the movement should be DOWN toward the feet.
In other words, both.
...Hope that helps!
What is Kinesiology ? ?
sorry I don't know but on acupressure, the mention briskly rub the outside of the shinbone beneath the knee (a little to the left or right of the shinbone), it doesn't matter which way.
Exact point: [st36: 4 fingers widths below the kneecap,1 finger width to the outside of the shinbone,if u r on the correct spot, a muscle should should flex as you rub this area up & down]
PS> but they mention to rub it using the heel of your other leg but you could use a fist to apply firmly.
also there's point called LI4, on the hands, the highest spot of muscle on the back of the hand that protrudes when u the thumb & index finger are brought close together.
apply pressure with the index & thumb of the other hand.
