Any one have any good experience with Reiki??

Answers: I'm a Christian and a second degree reiki practitioner and I have struggled with putting the two together but I view reiki as applied prayer. www.reikifranbrown.com will take you to the website of my reiki master. I've seen really good results with reiki it helped a dying squirrel come back to life that and of course I prayed over the poor thing. I had a friend who was having a migrain and it helped them. I've used reiki to treat a variety of health conditions. Basically you are just giving the body unconditional love and it is taking that good energy and balancing itself so it can heal. of course reiki actually means universal life force energy and the practitioner is made into a conduit for that energy to flow. I don't tell reiki what to do I just place my hands on the person.....offer a prayer for healing and the energy just flows and my hands get hot and well what happens happens.
I was introduced to reiki in 1995, and have been practicing it since then. I find it very helpful. Although I believe that no one can heal me but God Himself, I use it and put faith in God, that's the best wat I can explain it. It does work for me and I have used it on others like my children and friends and they all have benefited from it.

DONT practice reiki. its not good, really.
wanted to seek it a few years ago, but come to understand its really dirty. reiki practitioners themselve dont even know what consequence they will get and 'what' is behind them when they heal others....
dont mess up your body with 'healings' that have animal spirits behind healers. you will regret.
reiki good for you. just do it. a simple ancient healing method.

Actually, yes we have had good experience with Reiki. I believe that it is one way that God helps us to balance our bodies with good energy. There is nothing to do with animal spirits in Reiki. It is God given light and love and energy. Thanks be to God!!
About 6 yrs ago, a friend's little girl was in the final stages of Batten disease (a fatal degenerative brain disorder) She could no longer walk, talk, sit up, eat, it was horrible. She was basically total invalid. A lady in the neighborhood who practives Reiki came to the house and did her thing...I can't describe it very well but it was hand motions above the little girl's body, it was as if the lady was pulling the disease out of the body. Nothing happened at first, but later, when my friend put her daughter (aged 6 at the time) to bed, the little girl sat up, and stretched out her arms to hug her mother. She even giggled and said Mama . Although the story ends tragically, for that one moment my friend had her little girl back again. We, to this day, believe that the Reiki was the only explanation why a totally immobile child was able to move that night. It never happened again after that. I would search the internet for someone in you area that knows Reiki.
