Did anyone notice a change after taking SAMe and Tyrosine for depression??
Question: any negative effects, long or short term?
if you do not recommend this, what would be a better alternative treatment????
Answers: I take Effexor and works really good for me. I never tried what you are talking about but am curious too. I saw it at Walgreens on the shelf there. I wonder if it works.
A good friend of mine did. She was so happy with the way she felt after taking SAMe.
