Which Barrie is better for you cranberries or goji??

Answers: Assuming you are from North America or western Europe the cranberry should provide better anti-oxidant bioavailability than goji. The reason is that cranberry is 'normal' to the diet while goji is not. This means that there is a tendency for 'normal' products to be better absorbed by their ingestion than newer due to a history of exposure.

Not all food values are bioavailable even if they are present in quantities as measured by a laboratory; case in point- you can lick a dolomite mountain and not increase your serum calcium, same too for eating oyster shells. Although high in calcium it is in a form your body does not recognize and therefore cannot use.
Both are good for you. goji is high in anti oxidents esential for good health. cranberries are good for your urinary tract and blader.
the wolfberry otherwise known as goji has a higher ORAC capacity so it is a better antioxidant than cranberries but cranberries are still good especially for urinary systems and they are cheaper. I would recommend looking at NINGXIA RED juice from young living essential oils. it has had many studies showing its superiority as far as the ORAC scales go and it contains goji berries as well as many other berries.
