Are there any other natural things that make you fall asleep besides warm milk??
Answers: Chamomile tea, taking a footbath before bed, NO TV/computer/radio (except maybe just relaxing music) for at least an hour before bedtime.
It also helps to exercise vigorously during the day and to stay away from caffeine after 3 PM.
When I get a shiatsu client with intractable insomnia, I do cupping on her. (Glass cups are placed along the spine creating suction.) It guarantees a good night's sleep. Works every time.
Melatonin
Melatonin works wonders for me!! :)
Hard work
Valerian Root works well too. You can get them in tab forms from GNC.
they say verbena but I've never tried it. supposedly it's a dreamless sleep.
Put some lavender oil on your pillow, it will make you sleepy. Or some in a nice hot bath before bedtime.
Chamomile tea (did i spell that right?!)
wake up earlier, add some work out to your schedule, take hot showers before sleep, or try staying away from tea and coffee.
any of the above will do it. but don't work out at nights, it will keep you awake even longer. work out during the day.
well if you cant get to sleep within 15 mins you could try to do something like reading or listening to soft music. try to not have to much light in your room while sleeping. also dont do vigorous activities right before you go to bed. get lots of exercise in the day though.
cammomile tea is good, but the number 1 perfect thing to put you to sleep is LEMON BALM TEA. it is the best! I grow it in my garden and just add the crushed leaves to boiling water. I usually fall asleep before my mug is gone. Or pot will also help you. definately.
try using Melatonin 1-3mg, there are also blends of natural herbs, these can be found in most any vitamin or health food stores.
Rozerem!
