Can you over dose on 70 antibiotics??
Question: my mum tried to kill her self with that many and she never but i was just wondering dose it have anythink to do with ya weight
Answers: It would depend on the strength of the antibiotics,
and the strength of the person's metabolism.
For example, If your mom is obese, then it would
be fairly likely that her metabolism would not be
able to digest, as it were, such a big, sudden
charge as that.
On the other hand, there's really no way of being
certain--since there's no way to predict exactly
how a very weak or very strong metabolism will
react.
The metabolism of senior citizens would prob-
ably be weaker than, say, some one who was
only 18; and the older the person, the weaker
their metabolism might be.
But, antibiotics would be a far cry away from
the most direct-way to commit suicide; taking
a poison would, of course, be much quicker--
especially if they were washed down with some
sort of prescription medication.
It's just not something you can accurately pre-
dict, though. For example, my grandfather, who
drank nothing but booze for more than a decade,
and rarely ate, didn't die til he was 88!
overtaking antibiotics can indeed kill you but it does have a lot to do with weight. the more you weigh the more it would take to kill you
yes, antibiotics are poisonous substances as are all pharmaceutical drugs.
