Question: well i heard that the scent of sower apple helps relieve anxiety
can anybody please direct me to a sight that where i can see what certain smells can do for a human. and please.. no place that anything to do with drugs or addiction. thank you
Answers: Lavender essential oils are very effective... you get what you pay for, I like aroma vera or aromaPlex. reasonable prices
vsnatureworks dot com Victoria's stuff is top notch, her lavender is expensive, yet her quality is worth every penny.
Lavender will help with anxiety as will patchouli, bergamont.
Find a good aromatherapist in your area, this is a great modality, good essential oils are great for healing so many things.. bruises to hair loss, PMS, depression.
you can check out my web site tho it does not have any specific remedies on line..
good luck
I am the correct person to ask about that. I study medicine, herbilore and physiology of the old world. In 1506 Nostradamus discovered a way to make a pill form roses. You drain the oil from the rose, add the essence of Basil and a little bit of water. Press into a circular Host shape and swallow. This will either help you relive mussel pains or it will poison you and send to the hospital. That is some of the stuff I have learned about medical science of the old world. (its your risk)
I'm not sure of a good website but I do have a really good reference it's called the Essential oils desk reference or EODR I bought it and it goes over everything from the history of aromatherapy the different oils and what their chemical make up is and what their effect is. and the second half of the book will list a disease or illness or mental condition or what-have-you and talk about the condition and list the various oils that would be usefull. that is my recommendation.
