Braces colors??
Question: i'm getting them at the end of this month, i cant decide what color bands to get, i was planning to get-
lime green and black
hot pink and black
lime green and hot pink
ummm, yeah if you can see where im coming from and have any auggestions go ahead i'm listening, please help me decide.

I would suggest not to get lime green/yellowish colors because it makes it look like you have food stuck in your braces.
I'd recommend hot pink and black because if you have any green or yellow on your braces, it might look like plaque.
i like you choice with hot pink and pink....hey do they have grow in the dark ones..
OK, the braces themselves will be one color: either silver (most likely) or clearish. The rubber bands that they put on to hold the wire to the brackets (what they stick on your teeth) are changed monthly, and can be varied each time.
I think anything black in yoru mouth would be hidesou. How about pink and green or your school colors? Or red and green for Christmas? Or pink and red for Valentines?
I say either of them , ask you ortho they will know what looks best on your teeth color. I say pink and black though. I've never tried black before, but i think it woud look good.
dark purple and bright pink, I think it's cool. This question sounds just like what my one friend would do to get color ideas. :D Good luck

Think of a color that you wear a lot...if you wear blue but absolutely hate it...go for something...kind of a mix...like a blue and green or something like that...
If you wear colors all over the board...do the two that most interest you. I would personally pick pink and black because I love the way one looks against another....but really it's up to you.
get matching colors like
blue and white
black and white
red and green (christmas)
or go for one subtle color like white or see-through. Even black or blue may be considered as a subtle color for braces.
i wolud sat black b/c when the food get insideit wold not show NOT LIGHT COLORS
Do you really want black stuff in your mouth? It may look weird from a distance. I would go with green and pink.

No lime green or yellow. They look like plaque is on your teeth. Hot pink and Black would be the best of your choices. The best color to get is solid light or medium pink. You dont want them to stand out. P.S. the first time you get braces you cant get colors. It is too much pressure on your teeth. Good Luck!
i personally like the hot pink & black. lime green gives me the feeling of punk, while hot pink gives off that sexy/cute look & black always enhances the color.
most orthodontists though, let u change the rubber bands every visit. u can always go without rubber bands, & can get clear braces (might cost extra).

I just got my new colors yesterday and I got light blue and dark blue =]
