Question: Ok Im trying to post this nicely. I have been dating a guy for a while, and well I need to know if we proceed, would he be able to tell if i had it in if more than kissing happened?

If you are to a point in your relationship that would lead you to 'proceeding', why could you not be honest and explain the flipper and your concerns? If you really want to maintain the secret, just buy some denture adhesive, like Fixodent, and glue your flipper in during the 'proceedings'. Good Luck
