What order do you....??

Question: Do you brush, floss, then mouthwash? Or do you floss, brush, then mouthwash? What is your order?
Answers: The order we recommend is to floss, then brush and then mouthwash. If you floss after you brush and dislodge particles of food then you take the chance of them staying in your mouth and redepositing them in the teeth. By flossing first you then brush them all out of the mouth and finish with a refreshing rinse.
Pick with a small bone of a dead animal. Rinse remains with tongue. Spit. Like a real man. Grrr.
brush, floss then use mouthwash
Floss, spit, Brush for 2 minutes, spit, rinse with mouthwash
Mine is brush, floss, clean my tongue with a tongue scraper, rinse my mouth, put on my pj's and go to bed.

The order is not so important as the fact that you are doing all these things. Hopefully on a daily basis. Keep up the good work!
I brush my teeth, use an antiseptic mouthwash, use Act Floride Rinse, and then floss. I floss and use the floride rinse once daily.
brush, floss, mouthwash
