Do you breathe through your mouth or nose??

Question: I have always breathed through my mouth I find it hard to breath through only my nose. Is there something wrong that it is difficult for me to breathe through my nose or is it normal for someone to breathe through their mouth regardless
Answers: Nose whenever possible. Whenever I get a cold I usually end up getting addicted to that Afrin nasal spray because I can't stand not being able to breathe through my nose. Now I use Nasonex and that works ok.
most people breath through their nose...you may have a deviated septum or enlarged adnoids??
i don't think that's normal i guess you should see your doctor as they can evaluate if you have something wrong.
Sometimes Ive heard that for example for sinuses they have minor surgery to correct it.
I breathe from my nose, only when I have the flu or something like that that i breathe trough my mouth.
My daughter, who had her tonsils (but not adenoids) removed almost two years ago, told me that it's now much easier for her to breathe through her nose.
I always use my mouth. When I have a cold, I simply can't stand not being able to breathe through my nose, properly! LOL!
