Bad breath!?!??
Question: I brush my teeth every day... but I am alwyas self-concious about getting close up in peoples faces and talking to them... because if it stinks... I dont want to torcher them! Mouthwash is great and all, but do you know of anything else I could do to solve my problem?!?!

CHEW GUM ALL THE TIME - I DO - I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM - BUY MENTS - FRUITY CANDY ANYTHING - I EVEN EAT TOOTHPASTE THROUGH OUT THE DAY WHICH I DO NOT RECOMMEND BECAUSE SWALLOWING TOO MUCH TOOTHPASTE EVEN OVER A PERIOD OF TIME WILL/CAN KILL YOU BECAUSE IT HAS FLURIDE IN IT - BUT TRY THE CANDY/GUM THING
maintain ur oral hygiene realli well.. use gud tooth paste dat work all day...n a gud tooth brush dat has accsess to all the areas of the teeth... then clean ur tongue also evriday as thei accumulate dead cells n bacteria too..jus like teeth... then rinse wth a mouth wash 4 being doubli sure... Do all these twice daily..
n then u can chew some gum... wth mint or clove flavour... will make ur breath smell fresh...
n well even after all this , if ur bad breath still continues.. chk it up wth a dentist... or chk if u hv some stomach problems... as thei may also cause bad breath....
Don't be worried about have the best of toothbrushes, of course some have better perks...just put which ever one you have to work at least twice a day, morning and before bed, because when you are sleeping your mouth is closed for at least 8 hours straight. It's a prefect breeding ground for all kinds of bacteria. After doing this try this...

2. Intral-Oral (liquid pill form) breath freshener called Breath Assure.
