Is this too much whitening??
Question: Can I brush my teeth with a whitening toothpaste and use a whitening mouthwash?
For example: AIM toothpaste with Whitening Gel and Scope White mouthwash.
Or will this hurt my teeth / be to much whitening?
If yes, which would you suggest using?

it wont hurt you, I use crest white strips 2x a day then i brush with crest whiteing toothpaste. Since everything washes off it shouldnt have long term effects that are bad
I doubt it will be a problem. But what's in the whitening mouthwash --what is listed as the active ingredient(s)?
