If you brush your teeth right before you go to bed, how do you get bad breath in the morning??

Answers: Though it is the basic thing to do to get rid of bad breath, brushing the teeth to remove plaque and tartar can not completely solve the problem of bad breath. Bad breath can be kept under control by tooth brushing and flossing and maintaining a good oral hygiene. and also necessary, using antibacterial products at http://www.oramd.com/bad-breath.htm that kills bad breath bacteria away.
Spiders get in your mouth and wee in there.
Oh I don't know...................maybe something to do with the 8 straight hours of breathing through your mouth, with no drinking of fluids that can keep bacterial levels down?
Simply put, as you sleep, the bacteria in your mouth become extra active. You're not opening your mouth, talking, drinking, eating, or whatever, so they go crazy in your closed mouth, causing the bad breath :)
When you sleep, the bacteria is still attacking your teeth.

If you were awake for the 8 hours you sleep, you wouldn't ask that, would you?

Cool question though!
It might be because of you liver is not working right with your biorythm and is sending it's acids to you stomach and from there everything comes up and you get a dry mouth with a bad breath you sound like you have dental problems too (am I right?)
brushing teeth before you go to bed doesnt help u to reduce your bad breath. Try drinking a glass of water everyday when u wake up in the morning.
a large contributor to halitosis. Characterized by a significant decrease in saliva production, the mouth is unable to cleanse itself and remove debris and particles left behind by food, casing bad breath. Xerostomia may be caused by certain medications, a salivary gland disorder, or by continuously breathing through the mouth, instead of the nose.
Don't forget to FLOSS! Most times... food gets stuck in between the teeth that brushing does not get rid of. This food will stink after a few hours when your mouth is closed with no air, water or other food going in there and bacteria GROWS! Did you know that the mouth is the dirtiest parts of the body? Brushing is crucial!
bacteria get in when you open your mouth while sleeping that's what my micro professor said..
By not flossing. There's still food between your teeth. It sits there all night, rotting.
