What do you think would happen??

Question: I don't brush my teeth before bed, because I go to bed very late and just crawl into bed. Is it true that you could get a cavity because of plaque build-up?
Answers: oh please brush your teeth before you go to sleep - if you go to sleep with all those food particles and stuff on your teeth, they're sitting there eating little holes in your teeth, and then those little holes will get bigger and you'll need crowns or just have to have you're teeth pulled. Been there, paying for it. If you don't like flossing - invest in a water pic - I'm always amazed at how much junk comes out from between my teeth! (after brushing)
YES YES YES!!! very true...if you are only going to brush once a day, it really should be at nite, that way all of the bacteria cannot vegitate on your teeth & cause cavities.
yes brush your teeth!!! do it because if you dont youll get cavities. it is better to take a little time each day to painlessly brush your teeth than to have to pay for it with big bucks, pain, and time at the scary dentists (i HATE the dentists and orthodontists its so scary)
