you should ask your dentist that.But they DO exist if that`s what you mean,my brother has one.He wears it over night. But I heard his dentist saying how Americans don`t use that at all. In Europe we call it, mobile braces (opposite of fixed).I hope this helps. BTW, I think that fixed braces are more effective.
