Question: ok so i can't call them but i just had my appointment and i don't know whether i am supposed to wear the rubber bands or not and i can't call them! i'm getting my braces off in 4 weeks and i don't want to delay it even longer? wear them or not (they're the kind you put on the front on the hooks they add to your braces)

1. they didn't say either way whether to continue wearing them or not
2. they didn't take off the extra hooks like they usually would
3. they didn't say stop wearing them
4. they didn't say continue either
5.they didn't give me more packets of rubber bands

should i continue wearing them to be safe or not???? what do you think?

If they didnt give you anymore bands they probably dont want you to wear them anymore. I would call and see, tomorrow maybe.

why dont you just hold off for the night and call them in the morning? i almost never wore my rubber bands but i got my braces off in less then 1/2 the time they thought it would take.

1 night isnt going to decide whether or not you will get your braces off in a month
