I have two teeth coming out of my gum on top of my "vampire teeth" and under neath are baby 1's that dont want?
Question: to come out. what do you think the dentist will do?

your dentist will do nothing as your baby teeth come out naturally so your bodies just doing its thing and if your dentisit is responsible he will either remove the baby teeth or let them fall out naturally and let your teeth develop as they should
The dentist should give you time it was the same with me. If it takes too long though he may have to pull them out because it can seriously damage your gums if they stay there too long.
