Retainer help! What can i use to substitute for a retainer!??
Question: I kno i could use a mouth guard do you think that i could get a mouth guard from s school sport teacher? But wht else could i use to help my teeth from moving
Answers: umm i feel your pain, i just got my retainer, anyway, your best option is to go to the orthodontist to get a new one, a mouth guard normally portects your teeth it may not do anything to heep them from shifting. so yea, the sooner the better either that or pay to get braces again.
You can get a mouth guard from drug store, but it is best to go to an orthodontist and have one made.
