Other options for jaw surgery??
Question: the orthodontist said i might have jaw surgery which sucks he said i don't have to get them since it's a minor problem but did you have the same problem my lower jaw is slightly smaller than my top jaw if your wondering and did you go for it or did you do something else which is what?

don't go for a lock jaw surgery.. ..got to National Dental at GH and ask them for an option.
Are you finished with your orthodontic treatment? If so, and that your dentist has suggested jaw surgery he may be right. But jaw surgery being a major decision you would do well to get a second opinion. If you do not have any jaw (joint, deficient, excessive) pain/complaint associated with the 'minor problem' stay away from surgery. Just be happy the way you are!
