Do you wear bands, on your braces??

Yes, i wore them for five months
I did when I had braces about 2 years ago,I hated them and I had to wear them for roughly 1yr
it was crap... worst month of my life
Bands, like the rubber bands?
I was SUPPOSE to wear them for like, 6 months... or two years.. something around that time, but I never did. I only wore it about one time or so, because they never really did any change for me.
(Got my braces in 2nd grade, got them off in 6th.)
when i had braces, i didnt have them with the retainers i had them with my train tracks.
I've been wearing mine (the bands) for 13 months and I'm not sure when I'll be able to stop. Honestly, I really find them to be annoying, but I keep thinking about the long-term benefits and I try to tolerate them.
I wear the bands sometimes could have had my braces off last month if I wore the bands properly.she said it will be 2 more months if I dont wear them.she told me that the bands also help your enamel from wearing off.I really dont mind wearing them but it gets annoying you have to take them out every time you eat.and I just forget to put them back in
