Difference between crest whitestrips premium and supreme??

Question: Ok, what is the difference between crest whitestrips premium and supreme? I know that supreme is a lot better, but you can only get it at the dentist. Is it really worth getting those, or are premium good enough, and if supreme are better, can i just walk into a random dentist and buy them? Then, i read somewhere that it is really unhealthy. It destroys ur teeth. Is this true. I've been using crest vivid white, both day and night, but i still want whiter teeth. If crest is really unhealthy, is there an alternative. And finally, my teeth aren't all straight, i don't have braces, so if get whitestrips, will it still get everything, or will the crooked parts be noticably yellower?
Answers: The supreme whitestripes have a higher concentration of hydrogen peroxide. The more concentration, the more sensitivity you may get. Be careful not to apply it to your gums because they might burn. But if you do it for about 30 minutes a day, you should be fine. About 95% of the people who use this don't get that much sensitivity. If you want the best results for teeth whitening, you should do an in-office bleaching with the Zoom! machine. You actually pay more, but it definitely makes your teeth about 7-8 shades lighter.
the whitestrips are form fitting and will fit your teeth fine. The difference is only the level of peroxide in each, the supreme is stonger and will whiten faster, but the premium will still whiten the same amount, just at a slower rate. whitening your teeth is harmless, no damage is done at all, i dont know where you got that idea. sensitivity to cold is common only because it is just like opening the pores on your face when you whiten your teeth. the sensitivity is only temporary and will stop a few days after you are done whitening.
One has more peroxide, thus making your teeth more sensitive.
