Question: Where do you brush your teeth ? Public bathroom ? You've your toothbrush and paste in the purse ?
Answers: This is such a dumb ?, i can't believe i am answering it...
If you have the tools, the answer is YES!
You should brush after every meal coz the food you eat causes an acid attack in your mouth on your pearly whites which weakens the enamel. when you brush it takes away most of the sugars left behind by your food and decreases the severity of the acid attack.
So what if your in a public bathroom, just don't lay your toothbrush down on the sink when you go to apply your tooth paste, GERMS.
