Brushing tongue HELP!??
Question: How do you brush your tongue like do you first rinse your toothbrush then do it or do you rinse your mouth and then do it I need help I keep on doing it in different ways (with a toothbrush NOT a tongue scraper) and also tell me how long I should brush my tongue thanks (in advance)
Answers: Here is my ritual for teeth and tongue brushing and it works great for me. I put toothpaste on my toothbrush and then before putting the cap back on the toothpaste, I put a dime size dab of toothpaste on the back of my right hand on the first knuckle. Then I brush my teeth and rinse once and then I lick the dab of toothpaste onto my tongue and then brush my tongue as far back as I can without gagging and then brush the front of the tongue and then spit and rinse. Done and everything is fresh and minty. I also use AIM toothpaste with baking soda and peroxide. Its the cheapest and the best toothpaste on the market. It tastes good and cleans great.
yes,,to rid your mouth of bad breath...if your breath is bad....you need ta brush with bristles....brush the tounge...use amint tootyh paste or something to overpower the stench!
Well, there's something you can use to clean your tongue. Get an empty gallon of milk, cut off a strip (about 5in), and use it to scrape your tongue.
