Can you tell me a good way to lose 10 pounds of fat while toning up my muscles??

definatly do karate. i know it might sound stupid or boring. or you might not be into that. but really i do it and it is alot of fun. just go to a family place. i am sure they will welcome you. i have been in for 6 months and i am alot stronger and also alot skinnier. i have lost 15 lbs but i also haven't changed my diet. i didn't do it for health just for fun. but two in one is always great.
i would find a track that u could get 2 easily. Go 2 it everyday and also 2 get muscles do sit ups and crunches.
