Answers: eating bananas do not make you fat. eating excess of anything which increases your total amount of calories consumed can make you gain weight. eating bananas can make you feel really full or like you have gained weight since they are a bulky food. but as the banana passes threw the digestive system the feeling will pass.

bananas are the fatest fruits but very good to eat.. its how you eat them dont drown them in butter and roll them in corn flakes and fri them ..BAD!
