I want abs and pecs... can you help me??


Question: i want to look good for the summer
Answers: you jus gotta do weight training n cut the sugar
bit late to start but, crunches, leg lifts to the front and side, side to side twists should cover them all. Kings throne works good too.
For good pecs you should be doing Flat Bench Presses and Incline Bench Presses. But only twice per week and not 2 days in a row. For abs do sit ups, crunches, and knee ins. You can do Abs everyday. And be on a good diet high in protein and low in fat.
