Are the crusts on wheat/white bread good or bad for you??

Question: I never liked the crusts so i'm just wandering if i'm loosing nutritional value or if it's a good thing.
Answers: They are good for in that the crust is a tougher chew. Are you old enough now to know that difficult things are common and are not a threat?
No better or worse than the rest of the slice. You won't lose anything substantial by not eating the crust, but whole grain wheat is better than white for nutritional value.
the crust is actually really good for you. its just bread
If you eat the crust or not will make no difference, stick to whole grain bread, it's healthier for you.
I've always heard they were a good thing..my mom was forever trying to get me to eat them when I was younger.. But I don't, and you shouldn't if you don't want to!!
White Bread basically has NO nutrional value. It is bleached and you're basically eating a bunch of empty carbs/cals... This includes the crust!
Whole bread is good for you, and you don't have to eat the super dark (eew!) kind to get all the fiber, and a full feeling. etc.
So dont worry about the crusts, just pick a whole wheat bread that tastes good!
