If you drank 3 glasses??
Question: if you drink 3 big glasses of milk...
would u gain weight from the 3 glasses?
Answers: You might, but probably not too much.
If you drank a half gallon of whole milk (8 cups of milk - or two large sizes from a McDonalds) that is about 1200 calories, or about 1/3 of a pound. Lowfat or skim milk would be even less.
Even if your body turned that all to pure fat, it would go all over your body, and you probably wouldn't notice it.
But if you did this every day for a while, you might start to feel those tight jeans and shirts getting really tight - that extra energy has to go somewhere, usually the legs, hips, waist and tummy.
Try skim or 2%, but if it was only once I don't think so.
no as long as you burn more calories than you consume and if your are young you need the milk for strong bones cut back on fatty snacks not the milk if you need to cut back on something
Anything with calories in it and you consume more than you expend it can cause weight gain.
3 servings of milk or other dairy is the recommended amount per day. As long as you are watching your caloric intake and not overindulging you should be fine. Try fat-free milk.
ACtually I have heard that low fat milk is supposed to help you lose weight. And any way, unless it is weight from fluid, I doubt 3 glasses is going to do much. 3 largeglasses of whole milk, or chocolate milk a day might eventually make you gane a little bit. But 3 glasses of low fat milk is supposed to help you lose weight.
