Thank you for your answer.I have another Q..Can multi-vitamins cause heart palpatations??

Answers: I don't know what you are taking exactly, so I will give a general answer.
joey322 is right.Have a look on the composition written the confection. Ginseng has a hormone-like activity(progesterone-like), so if you have not regular menstruations, avoid to take it.
I don't know how old are you. Older people are more vulnerable. I can hardly believe that it has to do with calcium that is contained in it. (You know there are some inorganic elements like sodium, potassium, calcium that have to do with good heart function).
Try to stop them for a while and see how do you feel, so you will understand what happens.
Sometimes has to do also with the quality of the product but since I don't know what is it, I can't say anything for sure.
Try to drink every night befor going to bed a cup of camomille. Do it every night. It has a light effect on stress.
If palpitations continue, visit your doctor.

Sorry, I have forgotten to answer for the filler. There are problems just when there is no compatibility of the active substance of the medicine and the filler or when the filler is not of good quality. The composition of the filler can be found in the confection, under the name eccipients.

I don't believe vitamins themselves pose any problem - however the fillers used to make the pill is different with every manufacturer. and I know of allergic reactions to the fillers - which could result in any number of things - including irregular heart rhythm
There could be an allergic reaction to the fillers.
Some other possibilites could be:
How many of the vitamins are you taking? some vitamins, even though they help your body, if taken in excess, can become toxic.
Also, Some multi-vitamins may contain gurana and/or ginseng, which both, can have a caffeine effect.
