Yes, I do. When I am feeling like that I set a goal. I will tell myself that I must do at least one thing each day that will make me feel good about myself. So, for example, if I am at work, I will make sure I get at least one step closer to finishing a task. If I am at home, I will make myself do something that will get me closer to having the house be more organized or cleaner. Also, getting out to walk is something that is positive for me and helps me feel better about myself. Each time you create good energy you'll be gaining momentum toward your goals. Keep on trying and never give up. Remember, at least one positive step each day!
I'm feeling that way now. I must snap out of it! It's gorgeous outside and i just want to sleep. But I am grabbing my sneakers instead and heading to the gym. There I will find energy and even if I don't accomplish anything else today, I will be proud of me for just getting outside the house and getting my blood pumping! The laundry will not run away in the meantime. :-)
