Not to the best of my knowledge, and I have done a lot of research on sleep disorders.
its called insomnia.. its very difficult if ur diagnosed 2 have it..
ur body gets so weak fr lack of sleep but no matter what u do, u cant fall asleep... ur physical body is exhausted but ur mental state is wide awake..
if this is ur case, u need 2 visit a dr.
