I stopped using birth control and now I feel like I'm dying. How long will this last???

Question: I began using Nuvaring just 3 months ago and ran out of my supply. I decided not to go back on it but am facing the consequences. My whole body is aching, I wake up every morning with a pounding migraine, my eyes are sensitive to light, even movement. I feel as if I have a fever, hot on the outside but freezing on the inside. I've had these symptoms for about a week.. and now it's getting worse. I'm now nauseous and hurling all the time. Is this normal? I know I've heard of people getting sick from withdrawal from the hormones birth control supply, but how long does this last?? I just want to feel better..
Answers: I've been on and off BC for 8 years and never had this happen. Go to the doctor asap. This is NOT normal.
well i guess five daysthe most
having a baby....
forever and ever until you die
You should see a doctor. Either you are going throught with draws or you are prego....
I have gotten off birth control several times and never had anything remotely close to what you are feeling. Get to the doc asap.
forever and ever
ha the same prob. I have been off birth control for a long time and still have the bad migraines. it has been 4 years use Excedrin migraine for the head aces.
I would go and see a doctor, FAST! Those don't seem like normal withdrawal symptoms. I'm on birth control and had to stop abruptly for a few months and I never had those symptoms! It sounds like you could have something more serious. Please get yourself to a doctor right away!
