Answers: Basically it squishes the breasts flatter again your chest then a regular bra does. Larger women may feel a difference around their underarm area. Its not uncomfortable, but it does give you a different shape, so I recommend if you are looking at purchasing one, that you try different styles of tops over the bra to see if you like how it looks or not.

They are more stretchy and just fit tighter.
i'm not sure how they work exactly but they do. i used to be a DDD and wore lilyette minimizers. they weren't the most attractive looking things but at least i could button up my shirts. i think they just distribute the tissue in a different way but honestly i don't know how they make you appear smaller.
