My lady has 34DD breasts, but they sag. she is thinking about getting them worked.....??

Question: does anyone know how much(roughly) it would cost, to get an augmentation for her, but to keep the same size?

thanks
Answers: I had a lady friend a while back who had this same problem. By the way, augmentation means adding something, not simply changing what is already there. The fix was a breast lift which is similar to a face lift in some ways. It cost her $5,000. There are ligaments, Cooper's ligaments, which support the breast tissue. In older women, sagging breasts are also referred to as Cooper's droop. Essentially, they tighten the ligaments, but that does NOT mean her breasts won't sag as you put it, just that the breast tissue will be higher on the chest wall at worst, and shaped a bit differently in addition to being higher at best. My lady friend was satisfied. Tightening the ligaments did lift her breasts and they still sagged a bit, but MUCH less than before the operation. She still could not go bra-less however because of the sheer size of her breast tissue, but her new bras fit much better and she had less back and neck pain.
probably....3,000-10,000, depending on where you go
she dont need no operation...only chest excersizes...
$6,000
3,500
mines are the same size and i thought about having it done. Then this a**hole of a male doctor asked me would my future husband say about it i told i will cross that bridge when it happens and walked out. With me i just lost weight and my breast came back to normal being a size 36c. The price quoted to me was $5000.
An augmentation means to make them bigger so that having the same size doesn't make sense. Perhaps, she would prefer having them lifted. A consultation with a plastic surgeon is needed. If implants are desired, further surgery is usually needed in about 5 years because of possible leakage of the implants or sometimes they migrate giving a lop sided appearance. She may opt for a reduction which will get rid of her back pain and bras cutting into her shoulders.34 D is large but comfortable.Assuming she doesn't have complications such as infection or hemorrhage, the cost I would estimate to be 15-20 thousand dollars.People still die in surgery, so really consider your options. Have a nice holiday.
I don't think that she should have surgery. She should embrace and love herself the way she is! There is no reason that she needs to put her body through all that stress for vanity. If there is a medical purpose that is different. I'm not sure how you feel about your Lady's breast, but I think you should love them as much as you love her. Seriously she could DIE for the sake of perky breasts!? You could be a very big part in the choice she makes, I say love her the way she is and tell her how beautiful she IS!! Men hardly ever alter their body using measures as drastic as surgery for the sake of vanity.
I wouldn't advise it. I'm sure they can take out some breast tissue and then put an implant in, and that would take care of that problem. But the prices vary, so I'd do my research. Google some BOARD CERTIFIED surgeons and see if they have a website.
Breast Augmentation surgery has become very common now. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world.
