I just sleep 4 hours on night time,how can i sleep more??
Answers: if you are lying down in bed for longer than 10 minutes and not falling asleep then you could try getting up and doing something relaxing and something that may make you tired, such as reading. if that doesnt work then try relaxing exercises before you go to bed such as slow, deep breathing. if that doesn't work you can try preparing yourself for bed by having everything ready for bed and just relaxing, watching tv or reading a book for the last hour before actually sleeping.
the idea is you want to try and maintain a regular sleeping pattern. if you normally sleep at 10pm and now are trying to sleep at 8pm, you might have some trouble. what's recommended is that if you need to switch your sleeping pattern, do it in 20-30minute increments every couple days.
drugs should be your last resort. the over the counter sleep aids will make you sleepy and help you fall asleep but will not give you the same quality sleep that your brain normally gets when you do it without drugs. you could try taking half of a gravol tablet, that works too in most people

my wife dont sleep at all i m thinking of getting her a 24hrs watchman work.
even i,if u continued d habit of taking tablets then adicted 2 them so beter don't try .....exercise at evening time b4 dinner take stomac full of food....,if ur dieting itz ur fate ....i'm facing dis everyday just 4 to 5 hours of sleep ,so i'm going 2 gym everday evening
well if u r a working woman then this is quiet natural . otherwise take advice from a Doctor abt taking sleeping peels.
the below way is my mom's(she usually slept less before ,then she often use this way to sleep better at night ):
Very simple to do ,before you sleep ,drink one glass of warm milk that doesn't contain fat .
My mom told me it is a very good way ,better than eating some pill .(not every kind of pill is good for body ,so..)

You can try going to bed earlier. Also if you are having trouble sleeping you can tell your doctor and your doctor can perscribe something that will help you sleep.
go to bed earlier. don't use your tv or computer like 30 min before sleep. don't eat too much before bed...milk is supposed to help you sleep (warm or not). talk to a doctor. look online for suggestions; not just y!answers.
