Most likely your friend is pregnant but usally you can not tell if the stomach is growing day by day unless you measure.
Also if she is pregnant she would have to be about 5months into it, thats when growth starts to show alot...or even farther in, almost to child birth stages b/c thats when it starts to rapidly grow..anyways i would go to the doc. to make postively sure
