Question: Does the menstrual blood come out?
Answers: A hymen is the thin piece of tissue that partially blocks the entrance to the vagina.
Although some women are born without a hymen, most have one, and the hymen varies in size and shape from woman to woman. The hymen usually does not cover the entire vaginal opening, since there must be some way for the menstrual fluid, or period, to leave the body.
A separated hymen is not an indication of having had intercourse, nor can it prove a loss of virginity. In fact, some women must have their hymen surgically removed before the birth of their first child because it is so flexible or small that it remains intact during intercourse.
When the hymen is separated, whether during first intercourse or at some other time, there may be some slight bleeding and a little pain. There are little holes in openings in it that allow the blood to pass through.
It doesn't completel block it.
there's usually a very small hole for menstrul to flow cuz i got just a much stuff coming out before my hymen broke.
the hymen does block the vagina to a degree. The hymen is only about 96 percent in tact. But there is enough opening to let blood through. Sometimes women have a complete blockage therefore causing them to go to there gyno at an early age and having the tiniest slit cut into the hymen.
I know this is sorta nasty, but if it offends you then you shouldn't have asked the question. Your hymen has a lot of little holes in it that the menstrual blood goes through. I learned from the best selling book The Period Book by Karen and Jennifer Gravelle. It's really informative, check it out!

The hymen does not usually block the vagina entrance. Sometimes it does and has to be cut by a gynecologist. But normally It forms a ring that does not completely close the vagina. Over time it can get stretched and worn down or torn from normal day life.
each hymen in any virgin girl has one or more holes, some times hymen forms a ring , that is how blood go through!!!
