How to loose after pregnancy belly?help me..i wanna shine??


Question: im asha..my age now is 26..i have a kid 4 years..i had a c section..my belly is so big till i cant wear super low jeans..i love dressing..but my weight is 76 kg..my height is 159cm..before pregancy weight was only 52 kg..throughout my 9 months my weight gain to 87 kg..now im 76..i need to loose 20 kg..my arms my thighs my bum,and my belly..i hate the way it is..please tell me how do i get rid of my belly fat.??.i feel so awful.my double chin..do treadmill help to loose fat at the stomach..food type im eating a good diet..fruits .vege and more fiber..this weight is from my pregnancy..i wish to wear a beautiful dress for christmas..can i loose weight in 3 months with treadmill?everytime i do workouts my body aches why is it?my back aches..how often do i need to do my sit ups for a better belly?im a beginner as well..thank u for ur kind concern..god bless all.
Answers: Walking everyday is great for the body. Eating only when you're hungry and try cutting carbs(pastas and breads) and sugars. Eat salads and lean meats. Don't sit around, keep active, play at the park, walk instead of drive as much as you can.
