Ways to shorten menstrual period without birth control??
Question: Does anyone know any ideas on how to make your period shorter without using birth control? From 5 or 6 days to 4? And i was just wonder if you drink or do weed when you are on your period do they effect it?
Answers: I dont know that's possible... I would recommend getting on the pill though, even if you aren't sexually active. It helps to regulate your periods, and helps with menstrual cramps (a very good plus =] ) I think that weed probably would effect it, only because it does do a number on your hormones (not to mention is can make you grow hair where you might not want it).
